Hawthorn has emerged from its Round 3 win over North Melbourne unscathed, with the Hawks boasting a clean bill of health as it sets its sights on St Kilda this weekend.

Forward Jarryd Roughead was a late change from the line-up that took on the Roos after he suffered a corked thigh in a training mishap.

But the Hawks are hopeful the former captain will be available for selection in Round 4.

Reigning Brownlow Medallist Tom Mitchell also provided an update on his recovery, following his leg injury in January.

“The bone is healing well also.

“I will meet with the surgeon again in about a month to go through some final x-rays, but everything is progressing as expected, which is great.”
